Before commissioning me, please take some time to read through the following to ensure that we're on the same page and that there are no misunderstandings.I'm generally only comfortable with taking commissions if I know you/you've been referred, and/or you have a very flexible timeline/are very patient
(as I may be a bit slow due to irl commitments)Regardless, I appreciate the interest and consideration.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

GENERAL
- Projects will be selected based on what I believe to be suitable to my skill level (not ‘first come, first serve’)
- I have the right to decline any project
- Model art must be appropriately cut/layered and named (I may be able to provide fixes for an additional fee)
- A quote can only be provided when a .psd has been provided; I cannot provide an accurate quote based on an illustration or .png alone
- Projects usually require AT LEAST 1-2 month(s) and depend on the complexity of the model; if you need the model by a certain date, let me know beforehand (a rush fee may be included)
- Updates will be provided occasionally via direct messages or social media posts, and also serve as a chance for the client to provide feedback and comments (please let me know if you'd like more frequent updates or have any questions at any time)
- Generally, simple revisions and fixing of honest mistakes are free (during the commission process and up to 1 month after project delivery); major revisions and changes may incur additional charges (e.g. changing or adding model parts)PROJECT DELIVERY
- The client will receive a digital product (the rigged model)
- The rigged model will be provided as a .moc3 file, with a texture size of 4096x4096
- The rigged model will be set up and tested for use in VTube Studio; the client may need to adjust the settings based on their own preferences
- The original project files (.cmo3) will not be providedPAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Full payment must be made prior to the start of the project via PayPal in USD (payment plans available for negotiation)
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations by the client
- The client will be informed at the earliest possible time if the project is expected to be significantly delayed or if I am unable to complete it due to unforeseen circumstances; the project will either be extended or partially/fully refunded to a maximum of 90% of the total fee (depending on progress made)
- Any chargebacks will be declined and the above terms will be followed; further disputes will result in the client being blacklistedRIGHTS, USAGE AND CREDITS
- The client receives exclusive rights for content creation usage (e.g. livestreaming, videos, social media, etc.)
- Commercial usage not included (besides monetised livestreaming and video content)
- Do not resell or redistribute the rigged model
- Credit must be clearly provided (@HeyKaisky) wherever the rigged model is used (e.g. Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and/or other web and media platforms)
- The client agrees that the project (work in progress/final rig) may be shown in my livestreams, social media and/or for portfolio purposes; please let me know beforehand if you would like to keep the model private until a certain dateAGREEMENT
